From the car park there is a flight of 9 stone steps to the entrance of Florian Guest House.

 

There is a very large ground floor room opposite the entrance door. The en-suite has 1 step down and contains a bath with grab rails, toilet & washbasin on pedestal.  All floors are carpeted with hard floor covering in bathrooms.

 

The sitting room is on is on the ground floor adjacent to the bedroom.

 

For Guests who are confined to a wheelchair, regrettably, there is no access due to the age and nature of the building. 

 

All other rooms are on 1st and 2nd floors with 3 short flights of stairs to each floor.

For guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, we have fitted red flashing strobe lights to our fire alarm system.
