A credit or debit card is required to secure the booking. Please ensure your card is valid until after your scheduled departure. Balance is to be paid no later than 3 days before arrival by BACS or by authorising to be taken from card given at booking. All major cards accepted. Sorry, cheques not accepted.
Our terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted when booking is made
Hen and Stag parties or similar NOT accepted.
Guests who cause nuisance, damage to property or disruption to others may be asked to leave immediately.
Full cost of resevation will be charged. Any damages may be charged for.
Charges will be taken from the card used for booking.
Only registered Guests may stay.
Any unauthorised persons, in any Guest Room, will be asked to leave along with the registered guest regardless of the time.
For the comfort of other guests and by law, Florian is non smoking. This includes vapoour and E-cigarettes. Guests who smoke in their room may be asked to leave, without refund, and there will be an extra charge of up to £200 for the extra cleaning required.
Check in is between 4pm and 8pm. Arrivals outside of this time, by arrangement only. We ask for an estimated arrival time to ensure we are here to meet you. Please keep us informed if your arrival should be delayed. Check out is by 10am on day of deparure
Children, are very welcome at Florian, but on the 2nd (top) floor, Rooms 5 & 6, children over 5 years old only.
Cancellations must be notified by e-mail or telephone. 01305 773836 or 07460442166 (Please do not leave a message on voicemail)
Cancellations less than 8 weeks before arrival a charge equal to 1st night will be charged.
Changes to bookings made up to 28 days (4 weeks) before the arrival are without charge. Thereafter there may be a small admin charge.
The total value of the booking may be charged if changes or cancellations are made with less than 72 Hours (3 days) notice
Any charges will be taken from the card details given at time of booking. Please ensure your card is valid until after your scheduled departure.
We strongly advise all Guests to have adequate holiday insurance.
